350g caramunich malt
300g Crystal malt
200g carared malt
100g carafa 1 malt
500g Candi syrup ( PLEASE NOTE NOT SUPPLIED)
18g Challenger hops
52g Bobek hops
Spice pack (4 x star anise, 2 x cinnamon sticks and Orange peel to further taste)
S-04 Yeast and 1 x Protafloc tablet
