1 packet Safale S05 yeast

FG 1.012
ABV 5.5%
IBU 49.8 (according to Grainfather App)
EBC 9.1 (according to Grainfather App)
Mash in with 20 litres of water at 67 degrees C for 60 minutes
Mash out at 77 degrees C for 10 minutes
Sparge with 13 litres of water at 77 degrees C
Bring to the boil.
Total boil time 60 minutes
