1 tsp coriander (PLEASE NOTE NOT PROVIDED)

1 tsp sweet orange peel (coarsley crushed)

1 pack of BE-134 yeast/1 x Protafloc tablet

Alcohol content (ABV) 4.9%

Mash schedule 66*C 90 mins boil/ wort 75 mins adding hops per scheduled times and spices with 5 mins left in boil.
