Jamil's Evil Twin Clone American IPA style recipe ki
An all grain American IPA recipe pack containing all the ingredients to make an all grain version of Jamils Evil Twin provided by Stephen Haworth.
Stephen has adapted the recipe to his own unique style which is strongly reccommended with superb results.The recipe contains 80g of aroma hops including Citra, Centennial and Simcoe plus a further 40g of Columbus hops.Recipe Specs

Single step mash at 66c for 90 mins
Hop Bill

80g Aroma hop pellets . Alpha acid not imortant. Mix Simcoe , Centennial and Citra8g Columbus - 90 mins
12g Columbus 40 mins
20g Columbus 10 mins plus protafloc tablet
Add yeast US-05
Once fermentation is finished , rack off and cold condition for at least a week with aroma pellets. Be careful to leave green sludge behind. If you dont it will look like a kale smoothie but tasted awesome!!
Water chemistry Stephen had was 110ppm calcium , 80ppm chloride and 210ppm sulphate
Method
Mash at 66 C in 15 ltrs for 110minutes
Sparge for up to 80minutes with 20ltrs
Fermented at 20C with Safale US-05 yeast
