DOOM BAR BITTER STYLE RECIPE KIT

This recipe was requested by a customer and I think will prove to be a popular one. Doom Bar is a perfectly balanced beer combining subtle yet complex flavours. This creates a beer which is both satisfying and deliciously moreish and is a 23L version.
 
3600g Maris otter malt
260g Crystal malt
30g Roasted Barley
 
14g Northern Brewer hops  -  80 mins 
82g Perle hops - secondary additions
82g Northdown hops. - secondary additions
 
S-04 Yeast and 1 x Protafloc tablet
