As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, Please read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with. These are the terms on which we sell all Goods to you. By ordering any of the Goods, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Before placing an order on the Website, you will be asked to agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking on the button marked ‘I Accept’. If you do not click on the button, you will not be able to complete your Order. You can only purchase the Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.


AGREEMENT
By using this Site, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). You also agree to comply with any guidelines or rules posted on the Site regarding any product or service offered on the Site. All such guidelines and rules posted are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Worcester Hop Shop, purchase products or services through the Site, or email Worcester Hop Shop, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receiving communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you via email or by posting notices on and updates to the Site. By using the Site, you hereby agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We welcome your feedback about the Site. However, any comments, ideas, notes, messages, suggestions or other communications sent to the Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of the Company, and we may use all such communications in any manner, including reproducing, disclosing and publishing such communications, all without compensation to you.

CONFIRMING, CANCELLING, AND CHANGING YOUR ORDERS

For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, and obtain an estimated date of arrival by contacting us via email at sales@Worcester Hop Shop.co.uk. If your order has not yet entered the delivery process, you can change the details by contacting Worcester Hop Shop. Company will not provide reimbursement for postage and handling charges once the order has entered the delivery process.

ORDER AND PAYMENT TERMS

Terms of payment are within Company's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received by Company prior to acceptance of an order. Worcester Hop Shop accepts payment through Paypal only. Orders are not binding until the order is accepted by Worcester Hop Shop. Worcester Hop Shop expressly conditions its acceptance of your order on your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, Site Terms and the terms of the membership, as applicable.

DELIVERY
Unless otherwise noted, Worcester Hop Shop will make best efforts to dispatch merchandise within 48 hours via transport method selected

RETURN, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGED CONDITIONS
If you need to return any product(s) purchased from Worcester Hop Shop, you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting customer service at sales@Worcester Hop Shop.co.uk. RMA # must be requested within 90 days of the order date. Any orders returned without RMA are recycled and do not qualify for any credit.
Customer shall return the products to Worcester Hop Shop in the original packaging and enveloped in the original bags or boxes whichever is most appropriate, along with the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice. If no invoice is to be had, please include a letter specifying the problem, and including date of purchase, and the invoice number. Also please include your first and last name, and your phone number. This will help us expedite the solution to your problem, and allow us to contact you if there are any problems, or concerns regarding your return.
Please note that a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is REQUIRED to be included with all returns. In order to obtain this authorization please contact our customer service department.
Please allow standard delivery timing of 3-5 business days for your return to arrive in our Returns Department and up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. Please note that it may take your Paypal longer to apply the credit to which we have no control over after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
If you wish to exchange a product that you purchased at a promotional price you will be required to pay the difference between the new order and the previous order.

ASSIGNMENT
Customer may not assign its rights or obligations hereunder without the express prior written consent of Worcester Hop Shop.

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND COSTS
This agreement is governed by the laws of the UNITED KINGDOM, without regard to its conflict or choice of law provisions. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the UNITED KINGDOM is an appropriate place for venue of any litigation and that UNITED KINGDOM courts have jurisdiction over this agreement and customer. In the event the customer and Worcester Hop Shop are unable to resolve any customer dispute, and any collection action, suit or other judicial proceeding is commenced, the prevailing party in any such collection action, suit or judicial proceeding shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorneys fees incurred.

Limited Warranty of Product and Site:
The limited warranty and returns policy provided does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, improper storage, extreme temperatures, acts of nature. Such limited warranty only extends to refunds or replacements of Worcester Hop Shop products. You expressly understand and agree that the products and services provided are on an as is and as available basis.
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of Company is that all the information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Company cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your PayPal account has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
You accept full responsibility for keeping your account password confidential, restricting access to your computer and keeping the e-mail address associated with your account current. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur. Periodically links may be established from Site to one or more external web sites, these links are provided for your convenience only. None of such links should be deemed to imply that Company endorses the Third Party Sites or any content therein.

This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. ANY ADDITIONAL, DIFFERENT OR CONFLICTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENT ISSUED BY CUSTOMER AT ANY TIME ARE HEREBY OBJECTED TO BY Worcester Hop Shop, AND ANY SUCH DOCUMENT SHALL BE WHOLLY INAPPLICABLE TO ANY SALE MADE HEREUNDER AND SHALL NOT BE BINDING IN ANY WAY ON Worcester Hop Shop.
